When it comes to maintenance service for your heating and cooling systems, think about how you treat your car. You wouldn’t drive it for years before taking your car to a trusted mechanic to change the oil and perform a safety and maintenance check, would you? That’s because you know if you neglect automotive maintenance, the risk of your car breaking down and leaving you stuck with a high repair bill would increase dramatically.
Treat your home’s heating and central air conditioning equipment the same way. Remember that your HVAC system, just like a car, has a range of electrical and mechanical components that can wear down or break if you don’t follow your equipment manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations. The manufacturer can also void your warranty if you are negligent with equipment maintenance.
Ideally, a heating and central air conditioning system should both be serviced once a year to ensure your HVAC equipment continues to operate safely and efficiently.
Getting yearly tune-ups on both your heating and cooling system is the most important thing you can do to ensure your equipment runs as efficiently as possible. This is among the many benefits of getting annual service done on your HVAC system. Take a look:
We also recommend enrolling in a service plan. You can choose everything from a heating oil service plan, propane gas service plan, natural gas service plan, a heat pump plan, a central air conditioning plan or a mini split ductless system plan.
Our service plans are a great way to make sure that your heating and cooling equipment get the necessary service and save money. First, our service plans can protect you from big surprise repair bills by discounting many parts and labor costs.
Another way you’re protected is that every service plan includes an annual maintenance tune-up. The tune-up allows our skilled service technicians to make sure your HVAC equipment is running smoothly and at its best possible energy efficiency. It also gives them the chance to spot and fix problems before they get worse and lead to poor performance, decreased efficiency and breakdowns.
We offer service plan options to meet all needs and budgets, whether you are looking for basic coverage, full coverage or something in between.
