Once you enroll in Pacific Pride through Harned Durham, you will be given special Access Cards for each of your authorized drivers.
The Access Cards work like an ATM card. When the card is inserted into the fueling station’s optical reader, the driver enters the PIN code, selects the fuel needed and fills the tank.
Pacific Pride offers not only gasoline and diesel fuel, but also auxiliary supplies, including air, water and window cleaning equipment. Some stations also offer scales, truck washing and motor oil.
Pacific Pride stations are exclusively for our commercial customers so you can be assured that your drivers will not have to wait in long lines for fueling.
Even if you have your own on-site fueling, Pacific Pride allows your drivers to go farther afield without having to return for fueling or go to a regular gas station.
The access card can only be used to purchase fuel or motor oil. By using Pacific Pride, lost receipts, fuel theft and misuse of fueling cards are virtually eliminated.
When your driver makes a purchase at a Pacific Pride station, the transaction is recorded in your account. You get a comprehensive statement of all transactions, including the vehicle number, driver’s identification, the time and location of the transaction, mileage, the type of fuel purchased and the purchase amount.
That makes managing your fuel costs simpler, as everything is on one statement and you don’t need to deal with tracking down and logging receipts. You can use that time to do other tasks to help your business grow.
